Welcome to Pawlagom. By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

🐾 1. Overview & Business Nature

Pawlagom provides premium, eco-friendly pet products. Our signature items are meticulously hand-knitted and crafted locally in Poland. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that because our items are handmade, slight individual variations in texture, weave, and character may occur. This is not a defect, but a hallmark of genuine artisanal craftsmanship.

🎨 2. Product Accuracy & Custom Orders

  • Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen will display colors perfectly.

  • Custom Orders: We love creating bespoke colorways for your pets. When you place a custom order via private message/convo, the agreed-upon specifications are final. Custom orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once production has begun.

💶 3. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

  • Price Adjustment: Pawlagom reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Tax Exclusion: All prices displayed on our website, storefront, and at checkout are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

  • Customer Duty: Any additional fees levied by the destination country—including import VAT, customs duties, or local clearing fees—are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Pawlagom is not legally liable for packages rejected by customers due to unpaid customs fees.

🚚 4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment Window: Standard orders are packed and prepared for the courier within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Third-Party Logistics: Once handed over to the courier service, shipping speeds and delivery windows are entirely dependent on the postal or carrier network. Pawlagom is not liable for carrier transit delays.

  • Shipping fees and expected delivery windows vary by destination and are explicitly displayed at checkout.

🔄 5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your right to return goods is protected under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms a part of these Terms. Standard items in unused, unwashed condition with no pet hair can be returned within 14 days of receipt at the buyer's shipping expense. Custom orders are strictly non-refundable.

All content included on our storefront—including text, descriptions, slogans, logos, graphics, and images—is the property of Pawlagom and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of our brand materials is strictly prohibited.

You are prohibited from using our store or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, laws, or local ordinances.

  • To resell Pawlagom products under a different name or as commercial wholesale without our explicit, written consent.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union commercial regulations.
