⏳ 1. Processing Time (Ready to Ship in 1–3 Days!)

Even though our products are meticulously crafted by hand in Poland, we pride ourselves on efficiency.

All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your payment.
Please note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the following business day.

🚚 2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We ship locally within Poland and to countries across the European Union (EU).

Estimated Delivery Times: The actual shipping time depends entirely on the courier service.
Clear & Transparent Costs: The exact delivery time frame and shipping fees for your specific location will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

📍 3. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the shipping company, you will immediately receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your pet's new cozy bed every step of the way.

⚠️ 4. Taxes, Customs, and Duties (Crucial Information)

Exclusion of Taxes: Please be advised that all prices listed on our store and at checkout DO NOT include taxes, custom duties, or import fees.
Customer Responsibility: Any additional customs clearance fees, import VAT, duties, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pawlagom has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
We highly recommend checking with your local customs office for current regulations and costs before placing your order.
