🐾 PRODUCT & MATERIALS
What material do you use for the beds?
We use 100% premium, natural, and eco-friendly wool. It is completely non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and safe for your pet's health, paws, and nose.
What are the exact dimensions of the bed?
Our signature bed measures 45 x 50 cm (17.7" x 19.7"). It is an ideal, cozy size for cats, kittens, puppies, and small dog breeds to curl up inside.
Why does my bed look slightly different from the picture?
Every single Pawlagom bed is meticulously hand-knitted by an artisan in Poland. Because it is a 100% handmade product, minor variations in the weave and shape may occur. This is not a defect, but a unique characteristic that ensures your pet's bed is one-of-a-kind!
🎨 CUSTOM ORDERS
Can I order a specific color to match my home decor?
Yes, absolutely! We love creating bespoke pieces. We offer Custom Orders for special colors. Simply send us a message (convo us) before purchasing, and we will happily discuss your preferred color palette.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Because custom orders are handmade to your exact color or size specifications, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on these items once production has begun.
🧼 CARE & CLEANING
Are the woolen beds easy to clean?
Yes! Natural wool naturally repels dirt, moisture, and odors, meaning it stays fresh much longer than synthetic beds. For minor debris, a quick shake or light vacuuming works perfectly.
Can I wash the bed in a washing machine?
Yes, our beds are machine washable! To keep them in perfect condition:

Use a dedicated wool or delicate cycle with cold water.

Use a mild detergent designed for wool.

Gently reshape the bed while it is damp and lay flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
📦 SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Where are the products made and shipped from?
All Pawlagom products are proudly designed, handcrafted, and shipped directly from our studio in Poland, European Union (EU).
How long will it take to prepare my order?
We pride ourselves on speed! Even though our items are handmade, standard orders are processed, packed, and handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipping times and costs depend entirely on your destination and the courier service selected. The exact delivery timeframe and shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. All shipments include a tracking number.
💶 TAXES & CUSTOMS
Are taxes and customs duties included in the price?
No. All prices listed on our storefront and at checkout exclude taxes, customs duties, or import fees.
Will I have to pay import fees?

Within Poland & the EU: There are usually no hidden customs duties for shipments within the European Union.

Outside the EU: Any import VAT, customs clearance fees, or local duties levied by your country’s customs office are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Pawlagom cannot predict or control these fees.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for standard, non-custom items. The bed must be completely unused, unwashed, and entirely free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear in its original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
