Refund policy

At Pawlagom, we stand behind the premium quality and artisanal craftsmanship of our woolen pet beds. If you or your furry friend are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


⏳ 1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to notify us that you wish to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The bed must be unused, unwashed, and free of any pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

  • It must be in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (or similarly secure packaging).


🎨 2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Orders)

Please note that Custom Orders (special colors or personalized sizes made specifically at your request) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Because these items are uniquely crafted just for you, we cannot resell them.


📦 3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake in your order, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pawlagom cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


💰 4. Refunds & Inspection

Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria (no pet hair, unused, undamaged).

  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • The credit will appear in your account within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


💔 5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please message (convo) us with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
